PASTA WITH PUMPKIN SEEDS
-6 tablespoons of GEA pumpkin seed oil
-400 g of pasta
-60 g pumpkin seeds
-30 g of parmesan
-bouquet of basil
Pumpkin seeds and basil are grinded and mixed together. When mixing, GEA pumpkin seed oil is added and slightly mixed with Parmesan to get a medium thick sauce.
Add salt and pepper as desired.
Pasta is cooked and dried and mixed with the sauce while it is still hot.
Serve on warm plates.
