BEANS WITH LETTUCE

Ingredients:

-GEA pumpkin seed oil

 Salad:

-500g of beans

-200g cheese Edam

-60g onions

-5 leaves of lettuce

-pepper

-salt

 Marinade:

-50ml GEA pumpkin seed oil

-50ml of vinegar

-2 garlic cloves

-1 teaspoon of mustard

 

Preparation:

Whole leaves of salads are well washed under running water and drained. Place the washed leaves on a plate and on top of them place spaghetti sliced cheese, boiled beans and sliced onions.

For the dressing, mix chopped garlic, salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and GEA pumpkin seed oil. Sprinkle the salad with dressing and stir gently so that the salad leaves remain at the bottom of the bowl.

BEEF IN SALAD

Ingredients:

-GEA pumpkin seed oil

-500g of cooked beef

-1 onion

-2 to 3 eggs

-vinegar

-salt, pepper, chives

 

Preparation:

Cut cooked beef into cubes, add thin sliced onions and, if desired, sliced eggs. Salt and pepper as desired. Pour salad with GEA pumpkin seed oil and add vinegar. Mix everything and drop the chives on the top. Can be served with baked black bred.

DANDELION GREENS WITH POTATOES 

Ingredients:

  • GEA pumpkin seed oil

 Salad:

  • 500 g dandelion greens (cleaned)

  • Cooked potatoes (desired amount)

 Sauce:

  • 50 ml GEA pumpkin seed oil

  • 50 ml wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar (diluted with water)

  • 1 onion

  • 1 hard-boiled egg

  • Salt and pepper


Preparation:

Stack dandelion greens into small bunches. Snip off the roots and rinse each bunch (thoroughly and repeatedly) under running water.

To make the salad dressing, mix ingredients and pour over washed dandelion greens. Cut warm potatoes into small bite sized chunks and mix with dandelion greens.

Garnish with hard-boiled egg.

FARM BEAN SALAD WITH PUMPKIN SEED OIL

Ingredients:

-50ml GEA pumpkin seed oil

-500g peeled beans

-2 onions

-3 stroke garlic

-50ml diluted apple vinegar

-salt and pepper

-mustard

 

Dressing:

-GEA pumpkin seed oil, diluted vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard are mixed well.

 

 

Preparation:

Add the beans, salt, cook until soft, drain and cool. When cooled pour prepared dressing. Sprinkle on sliced onion.

COOKED BEEF IN A SALAD

Ingredients:

-GEA pumpkin seed oil

Salad:

-450g of cooked beef

-one red onion

-2 eggs

Salad dressing:

-3 tablespoons of GEA pumpkin oil

-2 tablespoons of apple vinegar

-1 spoon of mustard

-salt

-black pepper

 

Preparation:

Beef, cooked at low temperature for about 4 hours with soup vegetables, is torn apart into small slices. Place the eggs in a bowl with cold water, boil, put it away and leave for 8 minutes. Peel the onion, cut into thin slices, pour over a tablespoon of vinegar and marinate for at least 15 minutes. Chilled eggs are peeled and cut into strips.

Mix the remaining vinegar and mustard in the cup, then gradually apply GEA pumpkin seed oil while mixing. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mix the cooked beef with the onion, place it on a plate, cover with eggs and pour over with a dressing.

GREEN BEAN SALAD WITH PUMPKIN SEED OIL

Ingredients:

-50 ml GEA Pumpkin Seed Oil

-400 g frozen green beans

-400 g prosciutto

-1 teaspoon chopped anchovy fillets

-1 teaspoon chopped capers

-2 cans of tuna

-150 ml salad vinegar

-1 teaspoon ketchup

-1 teaspoon mustard

-Salt and pepper


Preparation:

Cook green beans in salted boiling water. Cut ham into thin strips. Dump the canned tuna into a bowl. Use a fork to gently break up any larger chunks of tuna.

To make the salad dressing, combine GEA Pumpkin Seed Oil, diluted vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and ketchup. Mix well.

Gently toss all ingredients together and place in refrigerator to chill for an hour.

Spoon salad into the middle of lettuce leaves and garnish with chopped herbs.

Tip:
Prosciutto can be substituted with smoked bacon.

POTATO SALAD WITH PUMPKIN SEED OIL

Ingredients:

-50 ml GEA Pumpkin Seed Oil

-250 g green beans

-250 g ham roll

-400 g potatoes

-100 g onion

-150 ml vinegar (diluted with water)

-Salt and pepper

-Mustard


Preparation:

Wash and boil the potatoes. When cooked, peel potatoes and leave to cool. Cut into equal size pieces. Cook the cleaned green beans in salted water and leave to cool-Cut ham roll into small thin strips. Clean onions and cut into thin strips.

To make the salad dressing, combine diluted vinegar with GEA Pumpkin Seed Oil, salt, pepper and mustard. Mix well and pour over salad.

Gently mix all ingredients together.

Tip:
Ham roll can be substituted with other types of ham and sausages (Parisian sausage, turkey ham…).

RUSTIC BEAN SALAD WITH PUMPKIN SEED OIL

Ingredients:

-50 ml GEA Pumpkin Seed Oil

-400 g of peeled beans
-120 g onion
-150 ml apple cider vinegar (diluted with water)
-Salt and pepper
-Mustard

 

Salad dressing:
To make the salad dressing, combine GEA Pumpkin Seed Oil, diluted vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard. Mix ingredients well.


 

Preparation:

Cook beans until soft, season with salt and leave to cool.

Pour the salad dressing over the cooled beans and sprinkle with onion slices.

SHEPHERD'S SALAD WITH SHEEP CHEESE

Ingredients:

-GEA pumpkin seed oil

 Salad:

-1 head of green lettuce

-4 tomatoes

-2 salad cucumbers

-1 onion

-200g of sheep's cheese

-12 black olives

Dressing:

-50ml GEA pumpkin seed oil

-mustard

-garden herbs

-pepper, salt

 

Preparation:

Salad is cleaned, washed and dried. Cut it into smaller pieces.

Wash tomatoes and cucumbers. Tomatoes and cucumbers are sliced into medium size pieces. Clean the onion and cut into thin slices. Cut the cheese into cubes.

For dressing mix GEA pumpkin seed oil, mustard, salt, pepper and chopped garden herbs. Put the dressing over lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and cheese.

Sprinkle the olives on the salad.

TOMATO SALAD WITH CUCUMBER

Ingredients:

-50ml GEA pumpkin seed oil

-2 tomatoes

-1 cucumber

-1 onion

-1 tablespoon of vinegar

-a pinch of salt and pepper

 

Preparation:

Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel and cut onion and cut into circles. Then place tomatoes and cucumbers on a plate. Sprinkle onions on top, sprinkle with GEA pumpkin seed oil and vinegar. Salt and pepper as desired. Decorate with basil.

WHITE CHEESE WITH PUMPKIN SEED OIL

Ingredients:

-GEA pumpkin seed oil

-650g of white cheese

-1 onion

-salt

 

Preparation:

Cut cheese into cubes and add sliced onions. Pour with GEA pumpkin seed oil and salt depending on your personal taste.
