PUMPKIN SEED SAUCE WITH PUMPKIN SEED OIL
-5oz pumpkin seeds
-3oz GEA pumpkin seed oil
Put Pumpkin seeds on the baking pan and bake on 360 Fahrenheit for 6 - 8 minutes. Cool the burned seeds and then mix them roughly. Separate 3 - 4 tablespoons of pumpkin seed mixture, mix the rest until smooth. Combine both mixes together, add salt and pour over with pumpkin seed oil.
The sauce is perfectly suited for pastas or soups.
GREEN SAUCE FROM PUMPKIN SEED OIL
-125ml of GEA pumpkin seed oil
-1 egg yolk
-1 teaspoon of mustard
-1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
-125ml of sour cream
Mix with a hand mixer everything except sour cream to create a creamy sauce. Add sour cream at the end and mix all together.
Green sauce is offered to cold beef, eggs, salads, fish or use it as a dip for vegetables.
